Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please contact us at hello@thepartyedit.com.au. We will advised if your order has been packed and dispatched. If your order has been sent, we are unable to retrieve it from our courier partners. Please refer to our Refunds Policy in this case. 

Can I return my order?

Our team at The Party Edit want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If your products are damaged or faulty we are happy to refund or exchange them. Ensure damaged products are not opened or used or they will be void from a refund. For change of mind purchases, we can offer an exchange or credit note. All delivery charges for change of mind are at the expense of the customer. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on balloons. Please take extra care when inflating balloons, as when overinflated they will burst.

SHIPPING FAQS

What are your delivery cost?

Courier charges for Australia-wide delivery are as follows:

(1) Free shipping for orders over $100

(2) $10 standard shipping on all orders under $100. 

(3) $15 shipping on all Express orders.

 

Local Delivery charges for postcodes which are within our Northbridge studio delivery zone*^ are as follows:

(1) Free local delivery on orders over $40

(2) $5 delivery on orders under $40

*Option will be available at checkout once you have entered your address and your within the delivery zone. 

^Addresses must be residential or commercial and either someone available to accept delivery or a safe place available for it to be kept if no one is there. A $5 re-delivery fee will be charged if we cannot deliver your package. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our studio in Northbridge, NSW 2063.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes you will. Once you have placed your order and it has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code if your products have been sent by courier. For local delivery, you will receive an SMS/Email the morning it is ready for delivery and another one once your product has been delivered. 

Can I request for signature on delivery?

Yes you can! In your cart, ensure you select "yes" when asked for "signature on delivery". It is currently defaulted to "no." You can also add in the comments box in the cart a safe place you prefer our couriers to leave it in. Please ensure no dogs or locked gates, as our couriers will not enter any premises which is unsafe or inaccessible. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Do you provide pick up on all orders?

No this service is not currently available. 

Can I visit your store?

Unfortunately we do not have a store which is opened to the public, but everything can be viewed on our website and we have tried to include as many images with detailed descriptions to help you with your purchases. Still not sure and have some questions? Just email us at hello@thepartyedit.com.au with all your questions and we will be more than happy to answer them. 

BALLOON FAQS

Aren't balloons bad for the environment?

We also use balloons from brands & businesses (including ours) who all practice responsible enjoyment of balloons and the businesses we purchase from are also apart of PEBA. We do not support or condone any irresponsible use of balloons including & especially releasing them.

Can you inflate my balloons (balloon bunches, foil & confetti balloons) with helium?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not have the capability to blow up balloons with helium, but do hope to offer this service very soon. Should you wish to fill your balloons with helium, we do recommend you to have them inflated by a reputable retailer. You can also purchase helium tanks from department stores to fill balloons yourself with helium, if you choose to. 

What if my balloon pops?

Balloons are delicate and therefore can pop easily. We recommend using a reputable retailer to fill your balloons with helium and avoid having them overfilled. Also avoid sharp objects and very hot or cold objects. Be extra careful when filling foil balloons as they will pop when over inflated. They also expand with heat, so on hot days slightly underfill them. If you have concerns about your balloons popping, please purchase spares. We do no offer refunds on balloons. 

How long will it take to construct my DIY Balloon Garland?

It should take you no longer than one hour to construct your garland, including inflating the balloons and attaching them to the decorating strip. The kit includes a dual-action pump for quick & easy inflation, plus easy-to-follow instructions to guide you along the way.

Do I need to use helium for my DIY Balloon Garland?

Helium is not required for Balloon Garland inflation, they are only filled with air which makes them easy to be handled and hung, and is what makes them last for awhile. 

How far in advanced can I construct my Balloon Garland Kit?

We recommend to construct your Balloon Garland a day or two in advanced. This will help you keep organised on party day so you can focus on other things. What is great is that they last for days and even weeks after the event for you to continue enjoying!

How long will my Balloon Garland last once constructed?

As they are filled with air, they last days to even weeks (temperature dependant) so you can keep enjoying it long after the event. You can also gift it on to some one else for their upcoming party.
